How we started
Built on a Promise to Do It Right
Billy Jean Home Remodeling was founded in Jacksonville, FL by Billy and Jean Harmon — a husband-and-wife team who believed that honest craftsmanship and genuine care for the homeowner should never be optional. What started as a small remodeling operation out of their garage has grown into one of Northeast Florida's most trusted renovation companies.
Over two decades, we've completed more than 500 projects — from quick bathroom refreshes to full gut renovations — and every single one has been treated like it was our own home. That's not a tagline. It's how we were raised, and it's how we run our business.
Today, our team serves both Jacksonville and Orlando, FL, bringing the same family-owned values to every project regardless of size or zip code. When you hire us, you're not getting a faceless contractor — you're getting a crew that shows up on time, communicates clearly, and doesn't leave until the job is done right.
What drives us
The Values Behind Every Project
Honesty First
We give you a straight estimate, a clear timeline, and no hidden fees. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
Craftsmanship
We take pride in the details — the ones you'll notice every day and the ones hidden inside your walls that keep your home standing strong.
Family Values
We treat every home like it's our own and every homeowner like a neighbor. That's not marketing — it's just how we were raised.
Local Roots
We live and work in Jacksonville and Orlando. We know these communities, and we're invested in making them better, one home at a time.
The people behind the work
